Affiliate Program Terms

1. General Terms

The purpose of the Tabule Theme Affiliate Program is to reward Affiliates for referring new customers to Tabule Theme by appropriately advertising the domain www.tabuletheme.com through legitimate methods.

The Program does not grant the Affiliate the right to represent themselves as an agent, partner, or any other form of associate of Tabule Theme beyond their role as an Affiliate, as expressly defined in this Agreement.

Tabule Theme reserves the right to vary, modify, or cancel the Program without prior notice to the Affiliate. Any such changes may be made by publishing the revised terms on the website.

2. Commissions and Payments

Tabule Theme will pay the Affiliate a 15% commission on the value of each first purchase made by new users referred through the Affiliate’s link.

Payments will be made through PayPal once the Affiliate accumulates a minimum of $50 in their Affiliate account. The Affiliate will be able to request the payment from their dashboard.

Commission payment time can be up to 14 business days.

Refunded products within 30 days of purchase will be deducted from the Affiliate’s commissions.

The affiliate cookie generated by a visit from an Affiliate link lasts for 30 days, and the sale will be attributed to the last Affiliate who referred the customer.

If a sale is made using a coupon, the Affiliate will receive 15% commission on the final price after the coupon is applied.

Due to partnerships with external platforms, exclusive-use coupons may be created. These coupons are intended for use only within the collaborative platform. Any sale made using these coupons will be attributed exclusively to the collaborative platform, not to an Affiliate relationship. Therefore, sales made with these coupons will not qualify as Affiliate sales.

3. Registration – Right of Exclusion – Prohibitions

Potential Affiliates must request authorization from the SITE OWNER to join the affiliate program. Once the SITE OWNER reviews the application and deems it appropriate, the Affiliate will be authorized and provided with a web link to begin their affiliation.

Affiliates will have access to a dashboard where they can review their sales, affiliate link clicks, generate affiliate links, and more.

Tabule Theme reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the Affiliate’s status at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion.

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from sharing, transferring, or allowing third parties to use the personal license granted to them. Such actions will result in the termination of the relationship and may lead to legal actions deemed appropriate by Tabule Theme.

Specifically, if Tabule Theme determines that the Affiliate’s website is unsuitable for the Program, this Agreement will be terminated. A website may be deemed unsuitable if, in Tabule Theme’s opinion, it contains, promotes, or links to:

  • Discriminatory, sexually explicit, or violent material.
  • Content that promotes or links to material describing or promoting discrimination based on race, gender, religion, national origin, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, or age.
  • Illegal material, including but not limited to content that may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of another person.
  • Information about or promotion of illegal activities, or links to sites that provide such information or promote such activities.
  • Any other content that Tabule Theme, at its sole discretion, deems inappropriate.

Tabule Theme reserves the right to revoke an Affiliate’s status at any time after their acceptance into the Program, for any reason that Tabule Theme considers relevant.

Legitimate Advertising Methods

To earn commissions for referring customers to Tabule Theme, Affiliates must engage in appropriate advertising practices. Affiliates found to be engaging in improper advertising will have their agreement terminated, and their affiliate status revoked. Tabule Theme will serve as the sole and final arbiter of what constitutes proper advertising.

A non-exhaustive list of examples of improper advertising includes, but is not limited to:

  • Redirecting any URL directly to www.tabuletheme.com (this includes misspellings of the trademarked domain).
  • Forcing cookies through iframes.
  • Advertising via third-party networks, except for promoting Tabule Theme through various social media communities. However, Affiliates are prohibited from creating groups or specific webpages within social communities that imply they are representatives of Tabule Theme.
  • Bidding on branded keywords (including misspellings) in PPC advertising.
  • Including Tabule Theme affiliate links in unsolicited commercial emails (UCE) or SPAM.
  • Using any Tabule Theme URLs in search ads.

Tabule Theme reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, that an Affiliate has engaged in improper advertising based on its standards. Such a determination may be made based on opinion, suspicion, or belief, and Tabule Theme has no obligation to prove that its opinion or suspicion is well-founded. This holds even if it is later shown that the determination was incorrect or if other hosting/domain companies do not consider the method improper.

Any Affiliate found to be engaging in improper advertising methods for the purposes of the Program will be deemed to have violated this Agreement, and their affiliate status will be revoked. Such an Affiliate will immediately cease to be a part of the Tabule Theme Affiliate Program.

Sales generated through improper advertising will not qualify for commissions or credit from Tabule Theme.

Affiliates who engage in improper advertising may be required to repay any commissions previously paid by Tabule Theme. If Tabule Theme chooses not to enforce this right, it shall not be considered a waiver of any other rights under this Agreement.
